IO-Sphere’s Cancellation Policy II

Please note that the capitalised terms in this Cancellation Policy have the same meaning as those set out in the Contract. 

Section 1: Your cancellation rights as a consumer

As You are a consumer and You are not entering into the Contract for purposes connected with a business, then You have legal rights under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel the Contract within the Cancellation Period without giving any reason to IO-Sphere. You accept that the Cancellation Period will expire 14 days after the date of Confirmation. 

If You wish to cancel the Contract within the Cancellation Period, You may inform iO-Sphere by completing the online cancellation request form. You can locate this form at: http://io-sphere-26209421.hs-sites-eu1.com/cancellation-form. If You are unable to complete the online form, You may inform iO-Sphere in writing at: info@io-sphere.com.

IO-Sphere will not start providing the Training to You if You cancel the Contract during the Cancellation Period unless You expressly request IO-Sphere to do so.  

If You cancel the Contract within the Cancellation Period, IO-Sphere will provide you with a credit note in respect of the Fees within 14 days of the date on which You inform IO-Sphere that You wish to cancel the Contract. However, You acknowledge that if You have expressly requested that IO-Sphere start providing the Training within the Cancellation Period, for example by attending the Course, then IO-Sphere will be entitled to charge You a reasonable sum for the Training provided based on the proportion of the Course which You have undertaken. As a result, iO-Sphere can deduct this from the Deposit due back to You or from the sum from any credit note issued to You. 

You acknowledge that the other sections of this Cancellation Policy set out your other rights to cancel the Contract. These are in addition to, and do not affect your rights under this section 1. 

Section 2: Your other cancellation rights

You understand and accept that if you provide IO-Sphere with written notice to cancel the Contract: 

  1. outside of the Cancellation Period but at least 28 days before the Course starts, You will be entitled to a credit note in respect of the Fees which would otherwise be payable by You and You will receive a refund of your Fees; 
  2. outside of the Cancellation Period and fewer than 28 days before the Course starts, You will be liable to pay £600, and You will receive a refund of £5,400;
  3. from the start of the first week of the Course to the end of week five of the Course You accept that You will be liable to pay £3,000 of the Fees, and You will receive a refund for the remaining £3,000;
  4. after the end of week 5 You accept that You will be liable to pay 100% of the Fees, and You will not be entitled to a refund.
