Automation vs. AI automation vs. agents. n8n setup and interface. Triggers, nodes, routing logic and error handling. Connecting to external APIs. Build your first working workflow.

Integrating LLMs into Workflows
Connecting OpenAI, Claude and Gemini to n8n. Prompt design inside workflows. Use cases: email triage, content generation, summarisation. Build your first LLM-powered automation.

AI Agent Patterns
Multi-step agents, persistent memory with Supabase, RAG pipelines. Build a functional chatbot agent with context awareness.

Business Workflow Projects
Build 3 production-ready automations you can use or deliver immediately, on real problems from your job (or PRISM).
You walk away with: Three production-ready automations for your actual work.

Capstone + Monetisation
Deployment: self-hosting vs. cloud, webhooks, scheduling, monitoring. Build a full end-to-end automation for your role. Optional track: packaging and selling automation as a service, pricing, scoping and delivery.
You walk away with: A deployed capstone automation, and a way to charge for the skill.
How you'll practise
The whole course is built around automating your actual work. Bring real problems (invoice processing, lead routing, content workflows, meeting summaries) and we'll build automations for them. PRISM is available for anyone whose work isn't automatable yet.
Be the person whose name comes up when anyone says "we should automate that".

Do I need any prior experience?

Comfort using web apps. No coding required. You'll configure real APIs, and we teach you how. If you've used Zapier or Make, you're more than ready.

What is n8n and why learn it for AI automation?

n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that lets you connect apps, APIs and AI models visually, similar to Zapier or Make, but far more powerful and self-hostable. It's become the tool of choice for building AI-powered automations and agents because you can wire LLMs into real business processes without being a full-stack engineer.
Will I actually build working automations on the course?

Yes. Every session ends with something working. By Week 4 you'll have built three production-ready automations on real problems from your job (lead routing, email triage, content or CRM workflows), and your Week 5 capstone is a full end-to-end automation you deploy and monitor.
Which AI models and tools will I use?

You'll work hands-on with n8n, OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, plus Supabase for memory and RAG, webhooks and REST APIs. We also compare Make and Zapier so you understand when each tool is the right choice.
Do I need to be a developer to learn AI automation?

No. This is a no-/low-code course designed for non-developers. You'll configure real APIs and read and write basic logic, but no software-engineering background is required. If you can describe a business process, you can learn to automate it.
Can I make money from these automation skills?

Yes. Week 5 includes an optional monetisation track on packaging your automation skills as a freelance or agency service, covering pricing, scoping and client delivery. Many learners use the course to start offering automation as a paid service.
