Why this matters now
- AI is now the world's most in-demand tech skill — the steepest shortage in over 15 years (Nash Squared / Harvey Nash, 2025).
- Nearly 60% of workers reckon they could save 6+ hours a week — almost a full day — by automating the repetitive parts of their job (McKinsey).
- The tools exist. The people who can wire them into real workflows don't — yet.
Every team has work that should already be automated. Be the person who can do it.
What you'll be able to do
Build production AI workflows in n8n — from scratch.
Not drag-and-drop demos: real workflows with real APIs, routing logic and error handling.
Wire LLMs into your workflows reliably.
OpenAI, Claude and Gemini inside automations — where they help, where they hallucinate, and how to design around it.
Build AI agents that work in production.
Multi-step agents with memory, RAG pipelines and tool use — the patterns that hold up when real users hit them.
Ship 3+ real automations during the course.
Email triage, lead routing, content and CRM workflows. Bring real problems from your job and leave with them solved.
Deploy, monitor — and monetise — what you build.
Self-hosting vs. cloud, webhooks, scheduling, alerts. Plus an optional track on packaging automation as a paid service.
Tools you'll work with
Week 0
You spend Friday afternoons copy-pasting between five tools — CRM, sheet, email, Notion, Slack. You know it should be a button.
Week 5
You've shipped three production automations during the course. Your team's Friday afternoons are 90 minutes shorter and your name comes up when anyone says "we should automate that".
Is this for you?
You'll recognise yourself if:
- Entrepreneurs and founders who want to automate operations before they hire
- Freelancers and consultants looking to offer automation as a service
- Operations, marketing or sales professionals saving hours on repetitive tasks
- Anyone who has tried Zapier or Make and wants to go much further
Who this isn't for
- ·People who want hands-on data skills (Excel, SQL, Python) — see Data & AI Essentials
- ·Leaders who want AI strategy, not building — see AI Strategy for Leaders
- ·Engineers who want code-first agent frameworks — this is no-/low-code by design

How you'll practise
The whole course is built around automating your actual work. Bring real problems — invoice processing, lead routing, content workflows, meeting summaries — and we'll build automations for them. PRISM is available for anyone whose work isn't automatable yet.
Honestly, iO-Sphere was one of the best decisions I've made. I came in nervous from a non-traditional background, but I never once felt like I didn't belong.

What is n8n and why learn it for AI automation?
+
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that lets you connect apps, APIs and AI models visually — similar to Zapier or Make, but far more powerful and self-hostable. It's become the tool of choice for building AI-powered automations and agents because you can wire LLMs into real business processes without being a full-stack engineer.
Will I actually build working automations on the course?
+
Yes — every session ends with something working. By Week 4 you'll have built three production-ready automations on real problems from your job (lead routing, email triage, content or CRM workflows), and your Week 5 capstone is a full end-to-end automation you deploy and monitor.
Which AI models and tools will I use?
+
You'll work hands-on with n8n, OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, plus Supabase for memory and RAG, webhooks and REST APIs. We also compare Make and Zapier so you understand when each tool is the right choice.
Do I need to be a developer to learn AI automation?
+
No. This is a no-/low-code course designed for non-developers. You'll configure real APIs and read and write basic logic, but no software-engineering background is required. If you can describe a business process, you can learn to automate it.
Can I make money from these automation skills?
+
Yes — Week 5 includes an optional monetisation track on packaging your automation skills as a freelance or agency service, covering pricing, scoping and client delivery. Many learners use the course to start offering automation as a paid service.
What our learners say
“I'm in HR so I went in thinking most of it wouldn't apply to me, but I ended up automating parts of our HR process and building a system that flags people ready for promotion. Would definitely recommend if you're in a non-technical role.”
Steph
trustpilot
“A great balance between technical capability and real-world application. What really sets iO-Sphere apart is the emphasis on communication and storytelling — a critical skill in any data role.”
Sheena Shah
“The combination of technical training and soft skills development has been incredibly valuable, and it played a huge role in helping me secure my dream job.”
Carlos Gomes
“What stood out most was how practical it was. Rather than just learning theory, I worked on realistic business problems using large datasets. Really valuable experience.”
Keni Duguma
“We enrolled two of our analysts and both came back more capable and more confident. The programme paid for itself inside a quarter. We're already planning to put a third person through.”
Sarah Holt
L&D Manager
“A well-structured, thoughtful programme with a strong emphasis on practical skills. The curriculum is clearly designed by people who understand how data is actually used.”
Kemal Yusuf
“It was a very detailed programme. We covered data dictionaries, data governance, business drivers, OKRs, KPIs, customer segmentation, and A/B testing. All the coaches were amazing!”
Gloria Ayoola
“This course has been extremely great. It has taken me from no skills in data to being a fully fledged data analyst.”
Stacey Carroll
“Honestly, iO-Sphere was one of the best decisions I've made. I came in nervous from a non-traditional background, but I never once felt like I didn't belong.”
Ioana Mihaescu
“I started as someone quite lost in my job hunt. With the help of the coaches, I managed to secure a new role and feel much more confident from an upskilling and employability perspective.”
Mahli
“It improved my technical skills from nothing to being adept at Excel, SQL, and Power BI. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to upskill.”
Lachlan Brown
“A transformative intense experience. Great team and great training that prepares you for the work environment.”
A S
“I joined because I wanted proper certification to validate the skills I'd already built — not to pivot careers, but to formalise and level up what I was doing in data. And it delivered exactly that.”
