Our DfE-funded Skills Bootcamps train career-changers in 14–16 weeks of intensive, full-time data analytics. Successful graduates are placed in real roles via our gov-funded hiring service — at no cost to your business and no cost to the candidate. You meet vetted candidates, run your interviews, and hire those who fit.

Experienced

Hire experienced practitioners with formal qualifications.

Our apprentices, Applied Diploma grads, and short-course alumni hold formal Level 3–5 qualifications in data, AI, governance, or strategy. They're a pre-vetted talent pool — ready for roles ranging from junior analyst to mid-senior strategist.

  • Formal Level 3–5 qualifications (Data Technician, Data Analyst, DPIG, Data Engineer)
  • 12–15 months of in-role training (apprentices) or full-time intensive (HTQ)

Meet a shortlist

Within 1-2 weeks we send you a shortlist of 3-6 vetted candidates with their portfolios, coach recommendations, and brief profiles. No CV bluffing — coach-verified work.

Run your interviews

You interview the candidates you want. Use your usual process — case studies, technicals, culture fits. We can support with logistics if useful.

Hire

For Skills Bootcamp graduates: free for you, free for the candidate, gov-funded. For other talent pool candidates: a small placement fee on successful hire. Everyone walks away winning.
