Join the coach register

The register is how we find coaches for new programmes. If you have hands-on experience in data, AI or governance, tell us what you do and how you'd like to work: permanent or fixed-term, full-time or two to four days a week, in the UK or South Africa.

Have your CV to hand. We check in once a year so your details stay current.

What happens next

  1. When a programme matches your experience and availability, we get in touch to arrange a screening call.
  2. After that: a behavioural interview, a mini-teach (a short session you run for the delivery team), and a final call with our Managing Director.

How long may we keep you on the register?

We use software to help read CVs. It lists your qualifications and experience against what you're open to and gives a simple score. It never accepts or rejects anyone: a person on the team makes every decision. You'll see what it found and your score on your applicant page, and you can tell us if it got something wrong.
